Learn

Trees inspire and emotionally lift our spirits. And they hold immense visual beauty.

But this only scratches the surface of what trees and forests provide to us and all other living beings. And how our community-wide efforts to plant one-million trees can help to address a growing list of crises in the world.

Eager to learn more about the multi-faceted value of trees?

Well the problem is there’s an overwhelming amount of information (and disinformation) about trees and related topics.

The good news is we’ve done the time-consuming filtering work for you. Our highly-curated resources — relevant articles, cool tree-planting apps, best-of-best adult books, and multi-award-winning children’s books — will help you and your family to quickly become knowledgeable and inspired. Enjoy!

And… we’re flexible! All of your work will be remote, with phone/Zoom coordination as needed. You can work at your own pace and timing, but generally 5-10 hours minimum per week will be most ideal.
